Rhyan Probert

About me

Rhyan specialises in the fields of electronics, telecommunications, green technology and mechanical devices. He has experience in the drafting, filing and prosecution of patent applications in both the UK and at the European Patent Office. He also has expertise in handling European Community registered designs.

Having graduated from Cardiff University with a first class honours degree in Electronic Engineering, Rhyan spent a number of years in Marconi’s Optical Networks division as a research engineer before joining the patent profession in 2002. Rhyan joined Marks & Clerk in 2006. Rhyan was awarded the Drafting prize for passing the UK Drafting paper with the highest mark in 2007.
