Amy joined us in 2013 as a trainee Trade Mark Attorney and is involved in every aspect of the registration, protection, enforcement and management of UK, EU and International trade marks across a wide variety of sectors. In 2015, Amy also completed a valuable secondment with one of the firm’s major clients.
Amy completed the PGCert in Trade Mark Law and Practice at Queen Mary, University of London in July 2015, achieving both academic prizes available: the CCLS Director’s Prize for Overall Academic Excellence and the prize for the Highest Mark in the Trade Mark B Module. Amy became fully qualified and passed with a distinction in July 2016.
Amy graduated from Durham University with a first class honours degree in Modern Languages (Russian) and History. She lived abroad for two years in France during her childhood and spent a year studying in Russia as part of her undergraduate degree, where she also taught English as a foreign language.
