Megan graduated with a first class Honours degree in Law from the University of Kent in July 2017. She joined Marks and Clerk in the Birmingham office in September 2017 and qualified as a Trade Mark Attorney in August 2021 having been awarded Distinctions from Nottingham Law School and Bournemouth University in the Professional Certificate in Trade Mark Practice and Postgraduate Certificate in Intellectual Property respectively. She has an interest in anti-counterfeiting matters and advises on the registration, protection, enforcement and management of UK, EU and International trade marks within a variety of sectors.
Megan is also actively involved in IP Inclusive (the IP sector initiative aiming to promote and improve equality, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing within the IP community), serving both on the IP Inclusive Advisory Board and the committee for the IP Ability community for disabled professionals, carers and their allies.
