Tailoring The Flying Scotsman

I was amused to read that LNER got into the musical spirit last Friday when they were transporting Taylor Swift fans up to Edinburgh from London for the start of the UK leg of her Eras Tour. They named the 10:00 train “The Flying Swiftie”! I wonder whether they also looped her album through the tannoy…

"We couldn’t pass up the opportunity to celebrate the tour arriving in the UK and so our special Flying Swiftie service will say ‘So Long, London’ at 10am – packed with fans heading for the first night in Edinburgh.”
