Prior to joining Marks & Clerk in 2023, Nisha worked as a registered patent practitioner in the United States of America for several years. Nisha has experience drafting and prosecuting patents in the U.S. and conducting freedom to operate and patentability analysis. She has worked on patent applications for a diverse range of technologies including artificial intelligence, robotics, neural network, blockchain, database systems, intelligent lighting systems, wearable devices, and fintech applications.
