Daniel graduated from Oxford University with a BA in Physics. As part of his degree, Daniel completed projects relating to exoplanet detection and temperature control systems. Following his graduation, Daniel worked as a software developer, before beginning his career in intellectual property at Marks & Clerk in 2018.
Daniel has experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications for inventions in a variety of fields, including electrical systems, semiconductor devices and medical diagnostic devices. His practice involves advising IP owners ranging in size from individual inventors to global corporations, and he has worked closely with attorneys in numerous other jurisdictions, including the US, China and Japan.
